Stuffed grape leaves known as “Warak Enab” or “Yabada” in Arabic, is a Lebanese dish of spiced rice and beef rolled in grape leaves and simmered in a Lemony broth. The spiced ground beef(or sometimes lamb) and rice stuffing is mixed with mild herbs. A vegetarian version is also available.
